With over 30 years of experience in home financing and a degree in business administration with an emphasis in finance and banking from Oregon State University, Ryan brings the knowledge needed to guide his clients through the home loan process. When Ryan isn’t assisting his clients and business partners, you will find him spending time with his wife and two daughters. Ryan is an avid sports fan and enjoys spending time outdoors, camping, fly fishing, golfing and skiing. A long-time resident of Sammamish, Washington, Ryan looks forward to helping his clients purchase a home or refinance an existing loan.

Rainier Capital Mortgage was founded in May of 2025 with the clear vision of serving homeowners and homebuyers in the Pacific Northwest. With over 30 years of experience assisting our community, we set out to meet the following objectives:

Product Selection: Financing a home is not always a straight line from start to finish. Customers’ financials situations can be complicated, properties can be unique, or the nature of the transaction can be complex. It is important that we have a wide variety of loan products that can help our customers meet the challenge of obtaining their goals.

Competitive Pricing: Buying a home and getting a loan can be expensive. By removing unnecessary layers in the lending process, it allows us to pass along the savings to our customers. Finding the right program at the right price is a priority.

Smooth and efficient Process: Technology and experience play key roles in making the lending process smooth and efficient. Anticipating lenders’ requests help to keep us ahead of the process. If our customers need us to react quickly, we want to be in the best position to do so.

Accessibility: Real Estate doesn’t always happen during traditional business hours. It is important that we are available and accessible when our customers need us the most. We take great pleasure in receiving a call in the evening or over the weekend when one of our customers is getting ready to put the final signatures on a home purchase.

UNDERWRITING

They closely evaluate all the documentation in the loan package.

CLOSING

Documents are drawn and sent to the title company for closing.
